As a big thanks I want to do a year anniversary giveaway. Since I love fabric so very much, I thought it would be a great thing to share with you. And if you don't sew, well you may just be inspired to start with this great design. It is the birdseed fabric by Alexander Henry. Comes in these great colors, very vibrant and fun. I will be giving away a fat quarter (18"x22") of each color to the lucky winner.
Leave me a comment be sure your contact info is there too and I will randomly pick a winner. You can leave any kind of comment but I would love to hear about what you like to sew or what you would use these birdies for. We can inspire each other that way.
I will leave the giveaway open until Sunday night at 9:00 pm. August 9th, and announce the winner on Monday morning. Thanks for stopping by!
The giveaway is closed and I will announce the winner on Monday morning, thanks!!

These fabrics are beautiful, aren't they? As wasteful as it can be to fussy cut, I'd love to do a little quilt with the birds in the center of the blocks. Thanks for the chance at your giveaway!
I would make some cute zip pouches out of them!

These are my favorite prints by Alexander Henry! I love them! I'm in the middle of an orange and aqua spiderweb quilt...so the orange birdies would get to be part of that! The other two would become quilts too! :) Love your fabric taste! Thanks for the invite from our swappy group :)
I'd use them in some pillows for summer! :)
Love love your blog. I'd put them in patchwork skirts for my girls!
I would love to make pillows for my new apartment! They are so cute!!
OOH a giveaway fun!! I have only been reading your blog for a few months but I enjoy it! I have recently began quilting again after a very long, few year, break. I love the inspiration and ideas I get when reading. Thanks!!
Oh, I love those fabrics! I've been searching for all three together. =)
I would sew a baby quilt with those little birdies. A little mod, a little retro, and very sweet! Thanks for doing a giveaway!
I have the center fabric but would LOVE the others too. I think I would make pillows.
that would be great to win!! Thanks!!
If I won these fabrics, I would give them to a friend who ADORES them. I have the birds in pink myself, but she loves all of them and it would be great to win something and then pass it on.
Those are wonderful fabrics! One would certainly become a buttercup bag. The others will end up in a quilt. Thanks for the chance and the heads up in the swap group, and congrats on all the blog fun!
What a lovely giveaway! I love this design and have been looking for them! I have also been thinking of fussycutting and making them the centre of diamonds. Thanks for giving us a chance to win!
What a fun giveaway - I've been planning a bird quilt for a while now - these would fit in perfect! Congrats on one year!!

Love the print and the colors! I have yet to buy a sewing machine (maybe after I've finished unpacking in our new place!) but these would look gorgeous as pillows on our hopefully coming soon sofa!
What a great giveaway! I love the fabric! I love to sew kids clothes, and my daughter is CRAZY about birds, so I'm sure it will be made into something for her. =) Thanks for the chance to win!
They are such fun fabrics. I'm thinking the teal one would make a fun fat quarter apron, and the yellow a very cute buttercup style purse. I'm sure I could come up with something to do with the pink. :-)
Thanks so much for your giveaway, and sharing your inspiration with us here.
I would make it the apron of an adorable apron skirt for Em.
I am thinking about starting a quilt but an mot even sure where to begin. just the fabric selection alone has me stumped.
A giveaway of some of my favorite fabrics! How wonderful. Thanks for the chance...I would love to use these in a scrappy quilt...probably would fussy cut around them...
congratulations on one year!

Perfect for my flock quilt, that seriously needs some attention.
I'm new to your blog, great quilts! I really like to quilt, but also enjoy making clothes for 5 year old daughter and toys for her.
Popped over from swappy poo to say hi! These fabrics are really cute - I think I would have to go for using them in a quilt and also doing a bit of fussy cutting to fully appreciate the birds! Thanks for the chance to win such lovlely fabric!
ooh - cute fabrics! What a generous giveaway. I've been collecting bird fabrics for a quilt & these would be a fabulous addition!
Congratulations on your first year! I could see making a little toy sack for my bird-crazy little boy. Or perhaps as a cute lining for one of my bags. Thanks for the chance!
I just recently started sewing, and I am completely in love with it. Yesterday I made some curtains for my bedroom, and now I can't stop going in there to look at them. I'm amazed at what's possible with sewing!
I've already made about a million things out of this bird fabric in my head! I'd love to make a tote bag with this to really showcase the birds. Also, since I want to try out my zipper foot, I think a zip pouch would be lovely. And some little bird coasters would look so cute! Thanks for the giveaway!
I really enjoy your blog! I enjoy sewing things for my son and those birds are too cute!
I'm in the middle of making a bunch of reusable snack/sandwich bags and these would be perfect for my bird-loving kids!

I think i would sew zippered pouches from the great Henry-fabric, the three colours combined in a pouch each.

i have beens searching and searching for these fabrics!! i am so in love with them and can't find them anywhere :( i want to use them for a doll quilt for my girls and then use a couple squares in a quilt i wish ti make for my 3 year old's bed. i have never quilted before so i am super excited to start!!
Oh, cute bird fabric! If I was to win these, I would have to hoard them for a while and then I would find something to do with them that would mean them staying in my possesion, so I could appreciate them every day. Maybe a little quilt but more likely I would use them to make a set of placemats or coasters or something functional. Thanks for the chance!
I'm new to your blog and think it is fantastic. Love your style. These fabrics would be great additions to my daughter's fall clothes.
Deffinitely would be part of my birdie quilt! i love your blog and your inspiration!!!
I would make something for Shopia I thik with them. All the swapping and fabric tips has really put a damer on my projects. I think sophie could use a little something birdie. How about the dress in weekend sewing that would be so cute.
Thanks for the giveaway and all the great swaps to.
What would I use them for? What wouldn't I use them for! First thing would be a handbag, and then a small matching zippered purse. Then finally, the scraps would be added to the coin quilt scrap bag!
To say I have been stalking these fabrics for some time now, could be an understatement ;) I would use them in a quilt of course.... and probable a fussy cut one! YUMMY!
